Rooms were clean, shower pressure was incredible. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The area felt safe and property was clean. Hotel was quiet which was nice after a long day. AC worked beautifully as well. Free parking and plenty of it. Close to many options for food and shopping. No issues with WiFi. 100% would stay again. Wish I could pick up and drop the hotel wherever I’m going for a trip because it was perfect for us

First room that we were given had carpet with what looked to be a pee stain. The room smelled and we asked for another room which we were promptly given. The second room had lvp flooring which was newer. By our second night we had ants coming in through the window. We did notify staff and after returning for the day we didn’t see anymore ants. The hotel itself seems to be older. Breakfast attendents were very happy and kind. Unfortunately this breakfast is carb loaded! Waffles, stale pastries, toast, bagels, oatmeal and cereal. The only healthy options were boiled eggs, bananas (which were never ripe) and activia yogurt. Hotel is overpriced but is the only hotel not crazy far from Disney at ridiculous prices…

The room was mostly clean. The beds were comfortable, comes with a microwave and fridge. The layout of the hotel is really weird though and walls are paper thin. Both nights we were woken up by doors closing and shower noises. I’m talking LOUD. Breakfast was all bread- waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal…no protein or fresh fruit (I’m not going to count the green bananas.) The staff were nice enough though and it’s inexpensive. Wouldn’t stay again though. Too creepy and loud.

The carpets smelled like cigarettes, the room smelled musty. During my booking, it asked if they're was anything special I needed. I asked for distilled water for my CPAP machine. None was provided, when I asked about it, I was told, we don't do that. I tried to buy a bottle of water but none of the vending machines worked.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was polite and accommodating. Custodian and cafeteria staff was excellent. Maria was such a sweet heart and very attentive to all in the Continental breakfast room. Very helpful. Love her so sweet to everyone. Hotel needs some upgrades but well kept. Beds very comfortable!

Out of all my stay at this location this trip was the worst one. Ask for a pack n play n they give me a dirty pack n play very unacceptable. Got change to a different room because I didn’t like the floor in 1st room,the room I got moved to the toilet was leaking I ask for maintenance Wednesday n I had to keep going to front desk to remind them I never see maintenance until Sunday the day before I checked out. The table in the room was so wobbly.

The staff was unprofessional and the hotel hasld a bad odor especially the hallways. Otherwise everything was not bad for the price. Best thing was the hot tub.
