I can tell you that i reserved a handicaped room with 2 Queen beds two weeks prior but when we got there they only had a King. So they had to put us in a regular room. Not happy. Neither one of us could shower and they refused to give any part of our money back. Best call before you get there to make sure you are getting what you pay for !!!

I have stayed here before. This time was different. We was told by the front desk that we could pay with cash. We asked several if we could at check in. She told us that a hold will be placed on it, and in the morning when we check out the hold will be released and we could pay for the stay in cash.But when we checked out, we was unable to pay with cash and our card was charged without authorization, when we told them we were paying with cash. A different person told us that we indeed could not pay with cash per there policy. The card was charged by then.This was troubling to me and was very upset. This was not what we wanted and should have been told the wrong information

It is essentially at Roosevelt field mall which is pretty convenient if you want to go. There’s a restaurant basically in the same parking lot. The hotel is really clean and upscale
