The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included which was a huge plus. They even let us check out a little late without a hassle. I will definitely be back whenever I want to just get away for a couple of days

Room was clean staff nice but room keys kept not working. Spa (the number one reason I chose it) was clean but the whirlpool jets were weak, the sauna wasn’t working, and the steam room temperature wasn’t close to being hot enough. The pool was nice. The area was very clean. If viana fixed the spa things I mentioned they would have a special place. But it was a dud. Sorry.

Room was in good condition, clean and nice bedding… until we found a 1/2 eaten pizza crust in the corner right before going to sleep…. Pretty gross. They were very apologetic about it and the staff were overall courteous and helpful. The location is a strange industrial like part on Long Island - doesn’t lend itself for any particularly nice views, but it is centrally located
