First room we got had no heat TV not working, when I talked to the frontvdesk she told me they sold out, I reply that's very cold tonight and I cant sleep with no heat finally she give me another room. The place is dirty it need a lot of updates ill not go back and i wouldn't recommend it to no one.

Place look they havent been clean smell like wet dog elevator bottom where broken and durty my or room microwave was broken bathtub and bathroom sink water will no go down it will stay took for 3 minute so you be taking a bath we that durty water touching your feet

The staff was ok and the room was clean. But our tv didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk and told the staff. The lady changed the batteries and when he came back upstairs it still didn’t work. When we left the following day. The gentleman asked if we wanted to change rooms. I told him no because we was leaving.
