We enjoyed our one night stay. Accommodations and service were awesome. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was incredible. The bed, however was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to spend two nights in that bed.

Expedia / Hotel error - not good.

On arrival, Parc Hotel told us that Expedia failed to pass on our booking. We were relocated to Metropole nearby. Very unpleasant to arrive at hotel reception and receive blank looks. Staff did their best but Parc was full so we had to go elsewhere. Who's error was it?

Hotel has great location, but is significantly over-priced for quality of establishment. Bedroom furniture is stained, armchairs are threadbare, breakfast buffet does not exist. We were only offered viennoiserie because bread had not arrived - it was 08:45. Coffee machine in room not functioning

Hotel description

The hotel is situated in a beautiful park, and easy to find, however the description of the "garden view" for room 107 had was tenuous. what view we had was the tops of trees, a tennis court and the parking lot at the back of the hotel. This was the only weak point of an otherwise enjoyable stay. The hotel I believe should be more descriptive regarding its "views"

I have stayed at many hotels , all over the world, and this hotel exceeded expectations. From the grounds, view, to the over the top friendly staff, it was the most comfortable and pleasurable stay that I have experienced anywhere. To end what would have been a perfect stay was the hotels so called breakfast. When's family and I arrived to the dining area it was mostly closed but with a table of assorted breads, cheese, baked beans ? , and cereal. The hostess did offer to make an omelette but all refused except for one of us. There were five of us that only had a couple coupe of croissants, juice and milk. When we checked out of her hotel we were charged 29 euros each for the breakfast they consisted of a croissant and a glass of milk. Never was it pontes out to us that the so called breakfast was so much money.

chateau by lake

Lovely old chateau in park with views of the lake and walking distance to town. However the City of Geneva now owns it and the public areas are run down. Our suite was marvelous and didn't match the reception area and restaurant. 5* for room and 3* for the rest of the hotel. It's more of a wedding/conference center with rooms. We could stay there again only because the suite was lovely and the walk into town along the lake was lovely

Idillic place in Geneva

We had such A wonderful stay at this beautiful and tranquil mansion, with only 7 guest rooms. Beautiful views of Jet D'Eau and Lake Geneva. A shirt walk to the Old Town and the Right Bank.

Calm and quiet!

A lovely looking hotel from the photos when booking. What I didn't know was that the hotel only has 7 rooms! This makes it exceptionally calm and quiet and a very restful place to be. Especially as it has a wonderful garden and lawn and a beautiful view of the lake.

Extremely comfortable in a great location

The room was clean but unfortunately someone had eaten half of the chocolate tablet that was in the minibar. The hotel is in the parc by the lake obviously which makes it the perfect place for a quiet night sleep.
