The location was perfect, close to lots of public transport. The place was so cool! The rooms had a unique and great family friendly layout with the 9th floor having a lot of fun extras. 100% recommend!!

Great place to stay. Very well maintained. It was super nice. However, there was no proper AC system. So, it was too hot sometimes. It made it hard to sleep. Plus, it can be a bit cramped at times, so be aware of that. Otherwise, it was great!

High tech and highly unique hotel I loved every bit about my stay despite the initial technological challenges, you get the keys sent to you on your phone once you do the online check in and then it does get complicated, you have to slide your finger on your phone laterally to open the doors! Once I figured that out the rest of my stay all fell into place, room was clean, modern and had just about everything I needed to make me feel at home, I highly recommend staying at a staykoook hotel

Good: - The area is very convenient and right outside the tram stop to get to all our Geneva destinations quickly. - Mostly clean kitchen and bathroom - Kitchen was very usable despite the size - Two grocery stores within minutes walk - Responsive hosts on Whatsapp since I didn't have a Swiss number Bad: - Bedsheets and shelving had lot of leftover hair from previous visitors. Needed to request room service immediately.

Nice and relaxing stay

The room that we booked feature a kitchenette that made it very convenient to cook our own meals. It even has a built in dishwasher so cleanup was a breeze. The 9th floor recreation area is nicely designed and provides free washer and dryer which is super thoughtful and convenient. Everything was top notch aside from the switches in the room which need some getting used to. However the high tech room key delivery system more than make up for the minor issues. Overall it was a great experience.
