The hostel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are fantastic, always very helpful and kind. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Komtar station. Right in front of the hostel there is a restaurant where you can eat one of the best nasi kandar dishes. The price of the hostel is very affordable. I highly recommend it, and if I ever come back to George Town, I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Waited for over 10 minutes to have someone opening the door for check in. Receptionist explained little to nothing. The bed was possibly the most uncomfortable I ever slept on. Booked 2 nights and ended up finding another place.
