Everything is perfect and is only a 10 min walk to ferry terminal. The only draw back was the shower drain is very slow draining. Need to watch out otherwise the bathroom get flooded.

The hotel itself is nice and convenient to walk to places. I like the cleanness of the room. However, the daily breakfast seems to have the left over/same foods during my stay (pls watch thoroughly the tea/coffee mugs too). Overall i enjoyed my few nights stay.

Cleanliness of hotel rooms is below par. There were ants on the bed and around the bedside table which was really terrible. Staff arranged another room for stay though but not good experience in general. No late checkout could be entertained as well.

The property itself is great but what I didnโ€™t like was taking a print copy of my identity documents to keep and share to the head office to verify that Iโ€™m a Malaysian resident. This can be easily confirmed by viewing my identity at the front desk. Headquarters should review their privacy collection policies. Furthermore, there werenโ€™t enough hotel key cards and were only given 1 per room, which were told that the next day we could try again to get an extra card. Thereโ€™s a policy if we lost the key cards, itโ€™s RM50 each fine.
