Don’t trust the pictures!!! Absolutely the worst! To start off, the outside of the home is completely worn down with spider webs wrapped around the stairs leading up to the door (which didn’t bother me too much but worth mentioning). I had received a text message with lock box combo that didn’t work, I was given two (nothing a search through my emails couldn’t fix after about 25 minutes until I figured it out). Had tried texting back for help, no response. Once we got inside, first thing that hits you is the smell. Horrible mildew odor like whe you leave clothes in the washer too long after cycle is completed. I’m not being exaggerant, it was bad...like really bad. On top of the smell, the comforters and pillow on the beds were wet (source of smell found). And cherry on top, the inside of the house was exactly like the outside...filthy and run down. Everything was dirty as if the place hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I can adapt to much, but that was the last straw. Had to sleep in coats on top of towels we brought and on the couch. Checked into a hotel the next morning (Marriot). Tried reaching out to explain the situation and request a refund for the 2nd night paid (obviously I would not ask for an entire refund since we stayed one night), and naturally received no reply to this day, 2 weeks later. Oh, but I sure did get an email asking for a positive review and to email directly if there were any complaints. Well already tried, to no avail. Positive, WiFi signal was great!
