Super place to stay! We had a wonderful room that had all the amenities we love. Breakfast was a treat as well. This was a perfect place to see Glasgow and enjoy the pubs and bars nearby yet quiet and easy to relax at. The Qpark is across the street. Staff are very nice.

Comfortable and convenient hotel

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Central RR Station. There are a number of good restaurants nearby. The staff were uniformly friendly, helpful, and smart. Overall all is was a very good experience.

Haven’t stayed at Indigo for a few years. It is a bit tired. Old stains on net curtains and valance. Breakfast was average at best. Obviously precooked and partially reheated. Staff were lovely and room was clean.

Ok, friendly staff.

Central location and moderately priced. Staff are friendly but good sized room was tired, noisy (corridor/adjoining room) and stuff wasn’t working properly. Pillows/mattress nothing special. Hot breakfast by order took an age to arrive (30 mins), if it’d all been freshly cooked it might have been worth the wait - but it wasn’t. Eggs Benedict a better shout than the Scottish fry up. Buffet poor.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We had to call the front desk twice due to a woman screaming and what sounded to being assaulted in the next room. House security responded immediately. Screams and yelling again after the first visit by staff. On 2nd call to the front desk shortly after the 1st call, we were told security removed and relocated the woman to another hotel and that this was not the first incident they had experienced with the couple in the 4 or 5 days they had been in the hotel. The staff acted quickly, though we never saw law enforcement. Parking is available across the street in a public garage with a pax drop off in front of the hotel.

Had another fantastic stay in Hotel Indigo. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and can’t fault the hotel. Katt and Ivana on reception are extremely friendly and welcoming. I asked for a quiet room and that’s exactly what we received. Really comfortable bed and warm, clean room. We will be back again.

The check in was fine-got into our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which was great. Dirty footprints in the shower-reported it and it was sorted. Room was incredibly warm and air con was noisy. Breakfast had good choice but machine coffee was rotten!
