We stayed again last year and being very happy, decided to stay there again this year. Being 3 x couples, we booked what rooms were available with 2 x being the standard Everything met out needs including their beautiful restaurant -so elegant in its decoration and the food was lovely. Staff very helpful and polite My only comment would be the Queen rooms were compact compared to the twin room for the price and the blow dryer not powerful enough and cut out too quickly due to its wattage. Regardless we will stay there next time-maybe the things i pointed out might be considered esp for return patrons.

The staff at the New England Motor Lodge in Glen Innes were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a hearty meal in the on-site restaurant and found our room comfortable, clean and quiet. The location of the motel was close to the Information Centre and central to everything we needed. We'll stay again.

Lisa was so helpful and friendly, offering us suggestions for dinner and breakfast, as the restaurant was not open due to the public holidays. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect! The mattresses and pillows were so unbelievably good that I pulled the mattress protector back to photograph the brand! The bath was so clean that I actually wanted to have a bath, the extra touch of wrapping the sterilised plug was lovely. The towels were soft and luxurious. Both the parking and the apartment were clearly labelled; no fumbling around looking in the dark for our room! We were sad our stay was not long enough to enjoy the pool, as it is so well-landscaped. My only "less positive, but certainly not bad" feedback would be to: 1. clearly indicate the driveways (entry and exit) to prevent the possibility of an accident. 2. the layout of the tiles in the shower/bathroom meant that the water from the shower drained all over the bathroom floor, leaving it wet underfoot when using the toilet or basin. (I felt bad using extra towels to mop up the water, as I don't like wet feet before bedtime!) Overall, an excellent experience. We have friends who live and work in Glen Innes and will be suggesting that they recommend your establishment for all their visitors.
