A pousada não teve profissionalismo, passamos a maior parte do tempo sozinhos no local, a dona não apareceu para perguntar se precisávamos de alguma coisa, passamos 7 dias e em nenhum o quarto foi limpo, o café da manhã servia pão do dia anterior, a TV do quarto não funcionou e quando solicitei auxílio não fui atendida. A única pessoa que esteve presente na nossa estadia foi o Elias, namorado da dona, que estava em auxílio, porém era a única pessoa que tivemos realmente contato. Foi atencioso e depois que falamos que estávamos achando a pousado abandonada tentou suprir o máximo a ausência da proprietária. Sinceramente não voltaria!

Este B&B é fantástico! Fomos recebidos pela gentil e simpática Kassandra! Ela se preocupa com os hóspedes, demonstrando sempre muito solícita e agradável. O quarto é grande, a cama confortável. Chuveiro quente! Lugar tranquilo e ótimo para descanso. O ponto alto está no café da manhã! Produtos frescos, artesanais, feitos com cuidado e acompanhados pela nutricionista! Cada dia uma surpresa deliciosa no café! Com o frio de Gramado, há também um delicioso chá, servido à vontade para os hóspedes! Apenas um Feedback para Kassandra: Ficamos sem tv por 5 dias, pois apesar de haver tv no quarto, não funcionou nenhum canal. Apenas Netflix, mas o Wi-Fi é instável. Ou seja, ficamos sem tv por 5 dias! Outros hóspedes também reclamaram que a Tv não funcionou! Sentimos falta de um frigobar. E bebíamos a água quente, no bico, sem copo. Voltaríamos a este B&B, com estes ajustes!
