Family weekend

We love staying at this hotel when we are in flagstaff. Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, 24 hour hot tub, they allow pets. This trip there was a dog across the hall from us and the guests must have left them in the room by himself overnight and he started barking and scratching at his door at 5:45am. Was still doing it intermittently when we left at 11 am and the staff was not doing anything about it. I felt so bad for the dog and hope the guest was told they could not return.

I liked the hotel overall- but after checkout didn’t realize the rate quoted on Expedia was different than what the hotel charged- found out there was an additional “charge” of $15 for “amenities” so what I thought I was paying with that mysterious charge it was an additional $22

Nice spot

Cute little spot, clean, accessible to many stores and restaurants. Love that it’s pet friendly and they have a nice little dog park area for guests. Stayed here 3 times and it’s our go to spot for the affordability and access to several locations. Rooms are nice and clean, only complaint is beds are a little too high off the ground, but otherwise comfortable and cozy, definitely recommend.

I came to this hotel many times over the last 3 years. It's very disappointing that the hot tub was not very hot and also that they changed the 15-minute timer for the hot tub to a 5-minute timer. This is not customer friendly.

Nicely remodeled and up to date interiors. Good cell and laptop charging options in the room. Love the microwave and mini-refrig. Great 24 hr coffee machine and filtered water available. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful, and I had a good experience checking in, the only thing that I was disappointed about is that I was promised a room with a balcony and that didn't happen and my grandson was looking forward to it but I was too tired to complain about it so I told him that if we ever stay here again I will make sure we get a balcony before we unload our bags needless to say he wasn't happy about it 😞
