The hotel is centrally located to shops , restaurants, and other activities. The rooms were clean . The staff was attentive and polite. At night; the streets can get loud, but it does get quiet again once majority of city activities are over. The breakfast offered was delicious.

Absolutely loved Casa Kloster. Guanajuato is just a gem and Casa Kloster is the best hotel - the rooms are smaller but it makes it up with the Serbians atmosphere.

Nice stay, but overpriced without included breakfast I recently stayed at Casa Kloster via Expedia. The room was clean, good air conditioning, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. However, I felt that the price was too high for what was offered — the cost didn’t include breakfast, and that really made a difference. For the price paid, I expected more amenities or some complimentary breakfast at least. Overall, good hotel. Would recommend checking what is included before booking and comparing with other options.

Magnificent staff.! Nice place to stay its classy, clean I felt safe and comfortable their staff is so helpful and welcoming! Restaurant for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner was delicious! Gloria was so helpful and attentive with a very positive attitude and amazing service! Will definitely come visit again when I’m Guanajuato !
