I stayed for one night with my family. The rooms were basic and offered no standout features. Check-in at reception was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The soundproofing was minimal—you could hear footsteps, conversations, and general noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Unfortunately, the most concerning incident was in my sister-in-law’s room, where she found a cockroach inside the bed sheets while she was sleeping. This was a last-minute trip during a busy weekend, and most hotels in Guanajuato were fully booked. While the stay served its purpose, we were unable to get a good night's rest.

Good option.

Excelent place to stay overnight, it is a bit cold at night when you stroll outside the rooms. Rooms are good and we rested well. It had a pool we didnt use. You need to know that is far away from the historic area of Guanajuato and need a car/taxi to move from/to.

I do not recommend it at all....The rooms are super hot don't have fans or ac at all ..You can hear everything ,noises coming from the other rooms ..I couldn't sleep all night ...It's not worth the price for what they offer,they post like a bis swimming pool and it's so small it's like for dogs to enjoy not people....The water from the shower all was coming out and would go all the way to the room that's so refocus.....Never never again going to stay with them again...
