Receptionist was rude from the start, not very approachable, and had to wait 15-20 minutes for my reserved room. She only pointed the building where we had our room at. We weren’t given any wifi information at the time of check in, only a remote for the TV. Mattress was very hard. I reserved for 4 people and there was ONE towel in the bathroom. Never returning as there is more hotels that are more accessible and comfortable for less.

El lugar es bonito, con una estética agradable y un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, las condiciones de confort dejaron mucho que desear. A pesar del calor, ninguna ventana se podía abrir, lo que hacía que la ventilación fuera insuficiente. Además, el ventilador disponible solo arrojaba aire caliente, lo que dificultaba descansar. Las camas resultaron ser bastante duras y las almohadas incómodas, lo que hizo que dormir fuera complicado. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos y brindaron un trato excepcional.

Las paredes con mucha humedad y despintadas. Cucarachas gigantes en la regadera y clóset. Un olor espectrufacto penetrante. No pudimos terminar bien la noche aunque estábamos cansadisimos. No vale la pena. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones están pesimas, de tercer mundo.
