Hotel du Lac Hanoi exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel's tranquil atmosphere and beautiful views of West Lake made it a great retreat after a day of sightseeing. The only drawback was the air quality in the surrounding area, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel du Lac Hanoi for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location.

"From check-in to checkout everything ran smoothly. The staff were always there to assist and the room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning was a relief from outside and the breakfast hit the spot. Well worth the stay."
