Terrible location, dumpy hotel. You shouldn’t even put this motel in your app. For someone not familiar with Halifax, I feel I was misled with the description. No coffee, no water, noisy and NO PARKING. Staff didn’t know the area or even suggest a place to park! NEVER AGAIN…turned me off Expedia

It says free parking, but they only have 6 parking spots for probably 8 times as many rooms; no parking is available on the streets used by neighbouring homeowners. 20-minute walk to the nearest parkade down at Scotia Square mall.

The parking was hard to find, which entrance to use was hard to find. There were a lotnof undesirable people around the neighborhood, such as prostitutes and street people. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and bed perfectly comfortable. The reception staff were helpful. However the stairs and corridor were shabby. The next day I realised that the building is being renovated, maybe the stairs carpet will be gone very soon! The location is great!

Very noisy,, doors slamming, people yelling. There was no closet to hang my clothes just a few hooks, no iron /ironing board, no coffee machine in room. The mini fridge sounding like it was breathing….. would not recommend

Be aware!! Don’t stay here!! Was woken up at night to find 2 mice in the room 1 had eaten a hole in my bag!!! Tried calling the front desk. No answer!! No parking! You have to pay for 1 of 5 spots. Was told free breakfast! There is nothing!! Bathroom toilet wobbles when you sit on it! There is a very good reason it’s “ non-refundable”

Super cozy and enjoyable. Room came with a mini fridge, AC and a TV that has chrome cast! Perfect location for so many things/ activities. Staff are very friendly, definitely felt at home!

I liked the location, close to downtown and centre city. I liked the price and the photos. However you get what you pay for. Very limited parking(it also cost $20), old building, the rooms are updated, clean and cozy enough. But the lobby and halls are could use some tlc. The walls are also very thin, even the exterior walls you could hear everything outside as well as from other rooms. Don’t go there if you’re expecting a 5 star hotel. I would probably stay here again if I was looking for a cheaper stay in the city.

There is no parking, and when we asked the front desk lady where the nearest parking is, she told us to double check the sign out front. Which said 15min parking. We ended up having to park avout 10min walk away from the inn.

The property is located in a residential part of Halifax but close to tourist attractions like Citade andl boardwalk. The room was comfortable but rather Spartan a chest of drawers or a table perhaps. Excellent location great staff great neighborhood.
