Stayed 2 nights. Awesome location to Claudelands Oval. Staff were friendly. Room nice and tidy. Comfy bed, an extra blanket would be a good idea as it got a little cold , luckily we always bring one just incase. Shower pressure wasnt that great but shower products smelled nice. Kitchen wise the cups were very small, I brought my own nescafe satchets and it practically filled 3/4 of the cup. The sharp knife was blunt it wouldn't cut anything. Would have been great if there were scissors as I Couldn't get my Homegrown band off, since there were no scissors, sharp knife was blunt, last resort was to use my tiny fingernail clippers Room definitely needs a dress mirror, couldn't do a proper outfit check and couldn't watch the TV there were no channels. For the price you pay for one night accomodation $312+ and including gst plus the surprise surcharge fee you get slammed with. I ended up paying extra money so for the 2 nights stay it cost $728.97. I think I expected a lot more from the motel at that price. Other than that it was ok. Would I stay again 50/50.

The room was spacious and spotless. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us restore tv reception. Location was quiet, and within walking distance to Hamilton center. We enjoyed the nearby walk along the river.

Location is quite good and room space is ferfect. Staff are very friendly.and helpful. But it's a abit noisy in the early morning and cannot find hair dryer in the room.

Not great to see a Police car there talking to people in the next unit. Unit was very clean and tidy and updated nicely, but the beds were very hard and I was awoken by the people in the unit next door arguing at 1.30am. More soundproofing between units?

Should have been renovated many years ago. Everything operated as it should, staff were freindly and the room looked okay from outside. The room however needed dragging out of the 80,s. I suspect there is no need to renovate due to the motels position near to major sporting arenas. No reason for the owners to let the room descend into such a shabby state.

Close to Claudelands Arena

STayed here for the night of the Foreigner Concert as motel was close to the venue. Found the bed rather hard and the sheets kind of stiff and unfortunately being in a downstairs unit we heard the noises of people in the unit above us, so it's not very soundproof.
