Not so great Valentine's Day
We go to this hotel probably once a week we were celebrating Valentine's Day I asked for a bathtub this time it was disgusting and when you sit in the bathtub you can see all the filth that is underneath the sink nobody cleans there that is that is not eye level for them but when you're in the bathtub you can see everything I killed again for the third time staying there at least six spiders nothing is cleaned on the walls or the corners of the ceilings cobwebs everywhere we slept in because it was Valentine's and we understand that breakfast is only till 9:30 however I did call down to the front desk girl and asked her if breakfast was still available she said no unfortunately it ended at 9:30 I said no problem immediately after I hung up the phone she called me right back and said that they would put breakfast back on for us so we got dressed came down went to breakfast however the kitchen lady snapped and told us breakfast was over and everything was turned off I couldn't get pancakes or even a glass of orange juice then the front desk girl started arguing the fact that she said only certain items I said to her you're the one that phoned me back and she continued to argue with me whatever we went back upstairs and went back to sleep I called down and asked for late check out till 12:00 she said no problem at 11:07 the front called back again and asked us when we would be out they interrupted us and we were so confused by their lack of communication the hotel staff has
