No attendant at front desk at 7pm. When we found her she was upstairs and came down the elevator. Then told us the elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags up to the third floor. Not very nice or friendly. Room was the deluxe suite with whirlpool. Stairs and carpets unclean. Knobs missing on hot tub. Unsafe. Room was huge

The elevator wasn't working after the 1st day and I was on the 3rd floor. I really couldn't enjoy the pool because I have issues with steps due to health issues. They never came to my room to clean, get trash, provide clean linen. When I asked at front desk they said you have to request them to clean. I said in all my years of staying at a hotel I never had to request it. They always come to your room everyday unless you put a sign on your door saying do not disturb.

I wont be staying again

The room was nothing what was advertising in the picture. The pool was full all day and the breakfast let's not get into that. They only have sliced bread and waffles. I ended up find a McDonald's nearby and just eating that the breakfast room was full of little kids running around and no room to sit.

We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary!! Having a room with a Jacuzzi and fireplace was awesome. It was very quiet even though right off Interstate 81 and there were children in the next room. Didn’t take long for hot water to reach the shower or jacuzzi. Fireplace actually heated the whole room on low setting. Only issue was finding hair in jacuzzi and when turning on jacuzzi it tripped the wall socket and lights above went off. Had to reset outlet several times. Staff very courteous and prompt at responding. Television, although it wasn’t on much, had good movie channels. Easy and fast check in and check out. Very friendly!!!! Overall pleasant stay!!!!!

There are probably better options

The hotel is extremely outdated with very dingy hallways. The clientele was also questionable and there were constantly people smoking at all the entrances. I did not feel particularly safe here at all. The front desk staff were very kind and the room was ok, but overall would not stay again.
