Location Location Location

The location of this hotel was perfect! It is right off the highway (81). Hershey attractions are a 15 minute drive away. Shopping, restaurants, etc. is a 3 minute drive. Staff is 95% nice and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The walls are super thin. You can hear every conversation, every door opening and shutting and your neighbors television. Bring headphones if it is the tourist season! I got woke up by a family with very loud (normal) children every morning between 5 & 6 AM! Breakfast is ok. Only drink vending machines. No sundries shop.

The property is old and run down. Needs updating, the room was ok. Having the microwave and fridge was convenient. But the bathroom within the room was gross. The hallway carpets were dirty. The breakfast was ok… nothing special. The pool area was hot and the bathroom was dirty. Will not stay there again.

There was nowhere to sit and eat dinner and had to get them to finally open an eating area. No AC in that area, no AC in the hallway. Dirty handtowel fell on me when I pulled the shower curtain open. Dirt along the trim of bathroom. Toilet had trouble flushing. Breakfast was horrible. I booked for 4 different people and we were each supposed to pay when we got to the hotel. The hotel charged my card for all 4 rooms prior to getting to the hotel, which spending $1100+ was not planned for me to pay and then collect from everyone. Overall not a great experience.
