When we arrived the bathroom in the room was filthy, hair black dirt etc. Then they moved us to a 2nd room that had food and bugs over the floor, then they mived us to a 3rd room that was not even cleaned, the bed was not made and there was trash overflowing in the trash can. We had no other choice but to go back tobthe first room after the front desk clerk cleaned the tub. We stayed in that room 116 were the tub drained slow. It was just horrible. The Manager, Juan when we complained the next morning could care less. Would never ever stay there again.

Friendly staff. Online check in night before. Quiet area. Good location for our needs. Bed was comfortable. Offered small continental breakfast that was nice. NO bad smells. Could use a little freshing up by housekeeping but not dirty. We would stay again. I travel to area for medical appointments and need hotel stay overs. Finding hotel options that are comfortable and affordable is important.

The front desk person was very nice, welcoming and informative. Everything was clean. You can tell effort is being made to stay on top of things. I would stay again for this price range of a hotel. It was good for a quick over night stay to go to a concert near by.

In our room the AC didn’t work , the bathroom had plumbing issues with the drain in the shower and sink . There was also an exposed nail under the bathroom sink that was dangerous. There was an off smell throughout the hotel. The window in the room was broken. When we discovered these things after checking in we went to the front desk but there was no one around and we had to leave for a while and came back late and we just wanted to go to bed. We hadn’t realized the AC was truly broken til through the night and the how bad the issues were in the bathroom until later that night. We only stayed one night and would not stay there again.
