Being just a one night stay it was great to have such a friendly helpful greeting at reception and directions to our room. The room was excellent, had all we needed. it was spotless clean and well appointed. Happy to recommend this venue and will stay again next time we are in Hastings.

We chose this property for our stay while participating in the Hawke's Bay Marathon, and it was a perfect choice. The location is excellent—safe, accessible, and surrounded by friendly people. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities were clean and pleasant, including the warm water available for showers, which was a relief after our run. One suggestion would be to include a basic cooking set, which would make meal preparation more convenient. Nevertheless, our overall experience was great, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Really clean and fresh bedding. Friendly staff. Had it own alotted parking space but its not outside your room you have to carry everything to your room . Its a beautiful place and huge with a stream with ducks outside the motel i was in and they have camp grounds , caravan parking, big laundry , toilets and showers for campers and a dairy come fish and chip shop opposite the complex. The motel was very open though no net curtain and blinds only draw curtains would have been nice to have a bit more privacy without closing the main curtains
