Herston beach resort & accommodations

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is very central and easy to get around. I note that they are currently building a new metro station next door so it will be even easier in future. It’s an easy walk to the botanical gardens, the river and the bridge across to Southbank. The shower was great and the toiletries provided smelt wonderful.

Very expensive for what it was. Breakfast an extra $22 per person was just acceptable.

The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and big screen TV. The separate couch was handy. The rain shower felt great after a day around the pool with plenty of pool furniture. The breakfast had many choices, and the omelettes were tasty. The staff were helpful at all times. Nice lobby bar and bar menu. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
