Guests initially enter Another Day In Paradise by following the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front door of the home. When you enter the front door, you will find all the rooms -- but for the bonus room, which is located on the second floor -- on one level. The living room, kitchen, screened porch and dining areas are centrally located on the first floor. The primary suite, front suite, queen suite, twin suite and laundry room are all located on the main floor of the home. The bonus room is located on the second floor of the house. You may access the back deck from the dining area and the primary suite. You may access the second floor exterior balcony from the bonus room.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
