Very disappointed experience.

Cons: Whole hotel needs refurbishing before they get guests there.

Location: location was good near restaurants and Hiroshima peace park and castle.

During our stay in Japan we moved in to several hotels and they were very nice and very clean. but we were shocked at the uncleanliness of this hotel from the beginning. Floors and windows were so dirty my son put towels on the floor to cover what looked like vomit patches. I asked for non smoke rooms but inside and out side hotel smells of smoke. One of the rooms had a heater in the rooms which went on like a tractor with such a loud noise no one can sleep there.Although we had bookings for 2 rooms for 2 nights with them we moved out to another hotel after half a day although we lost the money as it was that bad. I never knew there can be so unclean places in a country like japan.

Pros: Great selection of restuarants inside hotel

Cons: Could include breakfast

Location: Very easy access to transport, shopping street and Hiroshima Peace Park

Very Nice hotel with easy access to everything. Shops, transport and attractions.
