Amazing welcome by the the team at Hotel Grand Saigon. We had to leave our other booked hotel and the team turned around our booking in minutes! After our booked hotel stressful experience - Hotel Grand Saigon gave us the opposite - friendly, beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop bar experience and wonderful pool -when we arrived the stress left our body immediately. We would recommend staying here!

We stayed here as our flight was cancelled, a great find and we were lucky to be able to stay for two nights. We had a suite on level 17 and a premium on level 16 for our family. We were very happy with both rooms, they were excellent. We did take a look at the rooms in the ancient wing, it is a lovely setting and if we returned in the future we would stay there, it had more of a heritage feel. The pool was a decent size which we enjoyed with the kids. The roof top has great views and a decent menu, happy hour on the roof and at the poolside bar were great. Breakfast was good with a range of options, buffet style. We left early on one of the mornings so a packed breakfast was provided for which we collect at 4am on the way to the airport. The surrounding area is decent with a mix of shops and hotels, nothing if really far away what with Grab taxis being available. Some local shops provided essentials that might be needed. Staff were polite and helpful, would love to stay again.

I had a fantastic stay, the hotel delivered on all accounts. Staff was incredible, the room I had was grand and spacious. Cleanliness was immaculate. Really nice hotel well situated to visit the few points of interest of Ho Chi Min. Really professional service, nothing to say. Everithing is 'perfect'... Unfoetunately, missing the frindly and warm welcome of other part of Vietnam... but it's Saigon.

Excellent location in District 1 on Dong Khoi and 1 block from Nguyen Hue, 10-12 minutes walking distance to the Saigon Opera House, Saigon Centre, Saigon Square and Vincom Centre. The hotel was 5 star, with high grade finishes and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast, with more than enough variety for everyone. The room had everything that you would want, even a separate tub in addition to the shower.

Really great hotel and stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Saigon. No flat spots! Just great. One thing - I really hate the volume of plastic in all hotels - plastic for drinking water, laundry services, bathroom supplies etc and no hint that they go into a recycling stream.
