Amazing welcome by the the team at Hotel Grand Saigon. We had to leave our other booked hotel and the team turned around our booking in minutes! After our booked hotel stressful experience - Hotel Grand Saigon gave us the opposite - friendly, beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop bar experience and wonderful pool -when we arrived the stress left our body immediately. We would recommend staying here!

The location and service were great. The food was below average. Vietnam is known for its hotel breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the meal served at this hotel lack taste, freshness and variety. We were disappointed.

Staff and service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so lovely. Had an issue with accessing the programs on the tv as I guess there was a wifi issue and limited what we could view. Breakfast buffet had great food and service as well. Will recommend Hotel Grand Saigon
