I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with friendly, efficient service and a seamless check-in process. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay with plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet atmosphere that allowed for a great night’s sleep. The hotel itself is tastefully designed, with stylish common areas and thoughtful touches throughout. Receptionist had a terrible attitude and when requesting to book a second night was told they were sold out. Checked online and immediately saw that this was not the case. Rooms are clean and location is great however

I really enjoyed the service and helpfulness from the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was very nice and clean. The area that it’s located in was very central to a lot of the tourist attractions. Amazing stay!

This property was not what we expected it to be. Felt like a low budget, dated guest house/room. I had been on a South Asia tour and stayed in various hotels in different cities and countries. This was by far the worst of our stays. Good thing our stay was very short.
