This Apartment is underneath from the main house, is cosy, safe and quiet, perfect for explore the Hobart City. Bruny Island ferry port is 20 minutes away, Kingston beach is 5 minutes, and more attractions close by.

The Apartment is equipped with comfortable beds, The contemporary kitchen is simple yet functional with all the necessary appliances. Apartment can host 6 people, 2 fully functional toilets, Desks in each room allow you to have a personal work space while on vacation.

Amazing

The property is situated in a nice and clean neighbourhood, the house needs some comfortable couches after a long day we needed a place to sit comfortably other than a bed. But overall, it was a nice and clean place.

Few drawbacks 1) Laundry room was converted to kitchen - very small - not a full kitchen - small electric stove. 2) entry to the unit is through the side ways (thin space to walk with a bag - forget suitcase) . Hope this is NOT compliance with local council. not sure how stayz approved without inspection. Definitely worth half the price. Rooms are fine.

The property was fine. As mentioned in the ad there’s no living area so the ad is very effective. We did have some issues with the bed. And it is a little difficult to find late at night. I think the directions for the actual entrance to the property area could be better.. Good communication with landlord And Repairs managed effectively as needed

2 of the beds were uncomfortable due to the mattress springs poking through. No bedside tables. Nowhere to sit together. Booked for 4 people but there were only 3 chairs. In my room there was an appliance noisy through the wall. No coffee supplied but there was tea and milks. Tha way in was a bit treacherous and difficult to find, you had to go down a slope beside the house that was washed away in places, no way a large or disabled person could get down as it was very narrow. Cleanliness excellent.

Although the communication for check in was excellent, the property itself is pretty much a money grab. 3 beds, 3 desks and 3 chairs are all of the furniture you'll get here. Arrived and the first thing is a narrow descent on rickety gravel with heavy bags. Your view is cobwebs on the outside of the building. You enter directly into a bedroom. Immediately noticed the property needed some TLC. Scuffs/damage on all the walls, stains on the carpet, thick dust on skirting boards, and the bathroom sink plug was stuck, so we had to use the ensuite or laundry sink. The TV didn't even work, and a smart TV remote was placed beside the other as some kind of charade that you had a smart TV instead of visual white noise. The beds, save for the main bedroom, were creaky at best and the desks were practically falling apart. Hard to call a laundry a kitchen as well when it was so narrow that we didn't even bother trying to cook a meal in it. We werent even afforded a bin, just a bucket and a single plastic bag. Let alone tea towels for drying up. We ended up spending so much extra money going out all the time because it was kind of depressing sitting in beds all day long otherwise. I would not recommend for children. We sat on the tiny porch every night for dinner because the whole place is carpeted and we didn't have any indoor dining spots. I would not stay here again if you paid me.

The lack of a shared space where people could sit together and having to walk through someone's bedroom to enter or exit was unfortunate. If the actual door into the property was able to be used, then things would be different. This property is listed as having 4 bathrooms, giving the impression that it is spacious. It has 2 bathrooms, which though are modern and clean, are not suitable for large people. Large and/or old people will have a lot of challenges accessing this property as it has an extremely narrow and trip hazard laden path to it's rear entrance location.
