Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We were asked to pay our booking reservation over the counter because they said the Hotel.com does not pay to the said property and they cannot find our booking Confirmation number. And still they allowed us to stay but the management keep always nocking door to our room to call the customer service of Hotel.com until we decided to go out that night.
