Comfy enough!

This hotel worked fine as a home base for exploring Hong Kong. The biggest plus is the proximity to the MTR and Tram. 3 stars just so you’re not setting your expectations too high. It was perfectly comfortable. The security downstairs was also very friendly. But there aren’t any amenities outside the room itself. I was happy to find a large supermarket within walking distance though!! I think this is a good choice to be close to Central HK but not pay for the expensive hotels. The room was perfectly fine and AC in high! Very easy to find from the airport via MTR late at night too!!

Proximity to MTR , shops all around ,banks, restaurants tram 40 feet a way .very pleased that we had chosen this hotel . No complaints .Every day house keeping ,new towels slippers and water . You will not regret the experience .

Typhoon damaged water input to toilet and antenna. Therefore, we cannot the flush toilet and no TV service. It created inconvenience. Other than these issues, it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here -3 nights. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in Delux Harbour view room Lvl 23. Nice and roomy, clean and quiet and at a good price too. The area was very busy with lots of chinese businesses and this made the area quite interesting. The main Road outside was part of the tram route east-west excellent system to get to other shopping districts and really cheap.

We have been staying here the last three times we visited Hong Kong. The family room is spacious and great for hanging out with family. The harbour view is good too! What we also love about this hotel is the convenience from the train station, a lift that brings you almost straight to the side door, and the variety of food and fruit in the neighbourhood.

Over all it was a great stay, staff are nice and friendly especially Gwen who assisted us on upgrading our room. We will surely come back in this hotel. This property is a gem, the location is very convenient with just 1 stop and less than 10 minute walk from the A10 bus stop to and from the airport. It’s about 10-minute walk to the Macau Ferry terminal and about 4 minute walk to the bus stop of several buses that can take you to Temple street night market which is also only 2 stops. Trams are just steps from the hotel as well as the Sheung Wan MTR entrance/exit. We upgraded our room which gave us a beautiful partial view of the ocean. The room is relatively spacious, clean and modern with daily housekeeping . Overall, we had a great stay! The only little issue I had was the hotel entrance as it’s not well situated but we will definitely stay here again, so convenient and well worth the money, staff are very helpful and courteous!

Seamless Stay, Great Location, Great Service

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. I needed to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and the staff handled it with no hassle at all. Every member of the team was warm and welcoming, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The location is also a major plus—the hotel is directly connected to Sai Ying Pun Station (Exit A2), which made getting around Hong Kong incredibly convenient. A thoughtful detail: housekeeping provided cans of water daily, which was a lifesaver in the Hong Kong heat. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Tiffany at reception for her kind and professional service—she truly made a difference! I will stay here again during my next trip to Hong Kong.
