If you are on a budget, the hotel is affordable and very central. However, the mattress desperately needs replacing and the hotel overall needs maintenance. The room was very loud between the box air-conditioner, construction noise and street noise. Another positive is that they can store your luggage at check-in/check-out and the room was spacious.

We were at Stay Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Room was clean, AC is working properly, Queen and sofa bed were both comfortable. Location was easy access in and out of the city, shops, malls and 2-3 mins walk to waikiki beach which is a plus. All staff are friendly, attentive , professional, pleasant and accomodating, particularly Francis who checked us in/out quickly, suggested helpful information for our stay. We even requested some items/stuff, without any hesitation they always handed hand to help. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. We had fun. Disappointing stay

My stay was quite disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly throughout the stay, which was frustrating. The condition of the toilet was poor, with cleanliness and maintenance clearly lacking. The room windows were in bad shape, letting in noise and light, and there were no proper curtains to block out the sunlight. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and the lack of basic amenities made it difficult to enjoy the stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Close to waikiki beach and close to many tour pick up spots. Friendly helpful staff. No ocean views but we didnt plan to stay in our room much. There is construction a few spots down but thats not the hotels fault.

I absolutely LOVE the location!!! The beach is right down the street, less than a block away. I could see the water from my balcony. There's an ABC (convenience store) right next door, that sells everything from souvenirs to alcohol to snacks, and restaurants and shopping within walking distance! A modest hotel, without a lot of amenities but has a bar in the lobby with Karaoke every night. In the room, there's a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. The front desk has beach gear to use. The manager, Carolyn and the entire staff made the stay for myself and each of my travel friends, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Whenever I'm in Waikiki, this is where I will be staying! I highly recommend Stay Hotel Waikiki.
