The property was good, a lot of upgrades coming, but a lot of empty spaces and closed elevators. I restaurant needs upgrades including a new manager who wants to better the restaurant. The buffet should be only set up if visitors to the hotel buy tickets, otherwise I think the food is wasted. The kids pool needs to be bigger and it is so slippery around the pool, I feel as did several other guests I saw during our 9 day stay. Laundry is super expensive, $6.00 for a pair of women's underwear is ridiculous. We would have used the service otherwise, I don't think room service was an option, at least we could not tell. The hotel is noisy with the street in front, expect no sleep. We prob. would choose another hotel we we stay there next time. Staff was nice however.

Great Hotel and wonderful staff. Sandy beach within steps from the Hotel, excursion shuttle pick is located at the hotel, the towel service for beach/pool is great and there’s water stations provided throughout the property
