Yes, room had a non working TV ! Saw rats around the premises. The drink desk staff made us feel like asking for two more towels a burden ! The AC was very loud ….

I complained to the staff about: (1) we would like to switch to a 2-room unit, given it was available next door (2) the bedsheet was dusty and my parents were sensitive about the dusty. They all ignored them and denied our complaint. Also, do NOT pay for their resort fee. It's a bogus. They only do housekeeping every 4 days (not mentioned anywhere in booking), a poor swimming poor for decoration only, and they don't even provide service for luggage stowage. Our eyes had infection from using their bedsheets and blankets. Everything was so dirtly and disgusting!

the people from from desk are fake and rude, we need to use the restroom sice 1 pm and they send us to a mall, and we wait until 3:30 to use the restrooms because at 3 the room wasn’t ready and the answer was, we working on it, the room supposed to have a door between the room and living room and it was no door, and i was the reason that i got the room, i recommend this place because has the best location, near to the beach, good restaurants, and nightlife, is a lot to get better reference to good service
