We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel foyer was nice. Room was clean and well maintained. You could tell that someone actually cares about the condition of this property. Good value for the price we paid for the room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well kept. It’s well positioned with numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The weekly fireworks display is also within walking distance. The parking lot is small and tends to fill up quickly but the staff makes arrangements for parking nearby.

The staff are really friendly and responsive to requests. The hotel location is very good with many amenities like shopping and dining ate nearby. The only drawback is the street noise. Even though we stayed on the 11th floor, the street sounds were a bit loud. It could’ve been just that side of the hotel hears the street noise, but we didn’t stay long enough to find out.
