First this a hotel wich is 3start I think people need to understand that part first. Pros: the location of the hotel is convenience, the housekeeping team are amazing, the staff front desk are okay, valet parking are okay. Amenities is okay but they charge you extra for that its literallya bag with 2 drinks , chip and granola bar. The room are basic nothing fancy but we are talking about 3 start hotel but for the price its ok, the shower nothing fancy. Cons: the parking for each day 45 dlls wich is ridiculous but anyways, elevators looks like needs a little bite repair, front desk need to be mor on pint with the parking charge they want me to pay 400 when i dont have because was already pay anyways check all details when you check out. We travel with childrens l, this hotel is in a good location hopefully they can make renovations in the room specially on the showers because they have a good location. This hotel has a lot a potencial

Room was incredibly dirty. There is brown stuff on the curtains, was not vacuumed, the balcony was a mess, and there was no hot water or water pressure. There’s also bugs EVERYWHERE. Check for bed bugs — there’s a 50/50 chance you have them.

This is a great, vintage, affordable place in the heart of the Honolulu/Waikiki shopping and dining district. It's not fancy, but it's clean, well-managed, friendly staffed; and in a GREAT location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping on Kuhio and Kalakaua Avenues, and to Waikiki Beach. Recommend just doing the valet parking since street parking is limited--it's worth it. Great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of it all affordably.

The smell of the libby was overbearing with some sort of air freshener. Our shower had no caddy or shelf in the shower to hold our bath items. We actually bought in from Target. There were screws sticking out from the floor, the floor pan was peeling up, no light in the shower, and the hot water took forever to get hot. Almost all of my showers were with lukewarm water. Staff at check in was not friendly and welcoming. Oh, and the valet was ridiculous. One time we were made to walk down a ramp with our bags in hand instead of allowing us to load the car from the top.

The staff here were extremely friendly, helpful, and amazing. I was surprised at the extra expense for parking, but to be honest, after the phenomenal treatment from the staff towards my family, I plan to stay here again in the future. We had a 12 day trip and stayed in this hotel the entire time. I enjoyed every single second of our trip, and it largely had to do with the phenomenal service at the hotel. - Thank you Ohia. Until we meet again.

This property was not at all the way it was described on your website we asked for handicapped accessible. It was not. My Husband nearly fell out of the wheelchair, trying to get him up the steep ramp once we got to the room he could not even get into the shower the room was so filthy. They had so much carpet fresh Poured on it. I instantly got a migraine. This was definitely not a safe hotel.
