Step onto the private balcony to catch the island breeze and take in mountain and canal views before heading out for a beach day. In this walkable Waikiki setting, you’re moments from the shoreline and surrounded by the energy of Honolulu.



Sleeping arrangements

This one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and features two full-size beds, along with clothing storage for longer stays. In the living room, a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional space. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for comfort.



Living space

The open layout connects the living area and kitchen, creating an easy flow for relaxing evenings in. Enjoy a 41 inch HDTV with standard cable, fast wifi - 206 Mbps verified by speed test - and an Ethernet connection for work or streaming. Window AC and a ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad add flexibility to your arrival.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and cooking basics. A dining table offers space to gather for breakfast before heading out or winding down after a full day.



Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and bathroom essentials. Paid washer and dryer access is available in the building for added convenience.



Outdoor & building amenities

Your private patio or balcony extends the living space outdoors. Beach essentials are included for shoreline outings. Within the building, guests have access to a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, elevator, EV charger - level 2, and a free parking garage with one space. Long term stays are allowed, and housekeeping is available daily from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at an extra cost.

The neighborhood’s warm aloha spirit and tropical ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere for all.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. Public transportation, rideshares, and bike rentals are readily available, while nearby bus stops connect you to popular destinations like Ala Moana and Pearl Harbor. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
