This apt is great for a small group on vacation. There is a queen size bed in bedroom with attached bathroom and full kitchen. There is a door separating the bedroom from the living room. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. I have a twin size blow up mattress for a 5th guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics to cook meals. The apt is a total of 520 sq ft. with a beautiful view of the Ala Wai Canal.

Great location, super helpful hosts, great touches like cooler, and beach chairs. Need to finish painting in bedroom, fix torn wall paper in dining room. Also replace or repair bath tub. The bed was very comfortable!!

The apartment was a little dated and worn but safe, clean, and functional. The location and secure parking is what made this stay a good value. Right in the heart of Waikiki, close enough to walk to many meals and activities. Even though no ocean view the view from the balcony of the canal was pleasant and entertaining with all of the canoe teams practicing and the runners and families enjoying the paths. The traffic noise from the road below was noticeable but not bothersome even for a family accustomed to quiet. If safety and convenience are your priorities over luxury this will be a good location for you.

This is an older building but the room was clean and communication with the owner was good. Free parking spot is a big added bonus as is the walkability. With a pull out bed and nice inflatable twin my two teen children were comfortable as were my husband and I in the bedroom.

Great location. Walking distance to beach, mall, bars, restaurants, food trucks, 7 elevens. Having a parking spot was a great bonus. Beautiful balcony view overlooking canal. Comfortable for 3 people, we had 5 in our group so a bit crowded. An air matress, twin size, is provided if you have more than 4 individuals. Beach towels are provided however they are small and microfiber. We ended up buying our own beach towels.

I cannot say enough great things about this place and about Gerri!! It was clean and just our perfect little home away from home. Very cozy and so nice and cool, A/C’s were a lifesaver during this hot summer weather! The location couldn’t have been better, right in town yet so easy to get on the road and out of town. Gerri shows the true aloha spirit! So kind and beyond flexible with us as we had to extend our stay. When we come back to Waikiki we will not hesitate to stay here again! Mahalo!!

Affordable, close to everything, clean

This was the perfect budget stay for a family of 5! Gerri was very quick to communicate and even allowed us to check in early. Having a parking space was very helpful, tho it's very tight so I recommend a small car. Lots of traffic and sirens but that's the city, and with guaranteed parking included at least you can leave anytime to explore the country. Kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to eat cheaper, and lanai gave us a cool view of the canal sunrise. Kids enjoyed futon with TV, and it was nice having our own bedroom. Could have used blankets and pillows for sleeping 5, only sheets were provided, so we bought and left a set. Body boards would have been a pleasant money saving bonus. Very grateful camp chairs and towels were provided. Overall I'd stay again!

A good choice

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, in good shape, with tropical decor. A fully stocked kitchen and ample towels for bath and beach. There is a fair amount of car noise from the street but it didn’t bother us. We did have a need to get in touch with the owner, she responded within minutes. She was very nice, if we return hopefully it will be available.

This apartment is located very close to the Waikiki beach/hotels/shopping area, with pretty views of the mountains and the canal. In addition, 7-Eleven, breakfast places, food trucks, and bus stations are right down the building. It's also very easy to get on the highways to go anywhere on the island.

Great location near convention center/Ala Moana

Location near the convention center and free parking were the highlights of this place! Also, Gerri was extremely helpful when we accidentally left our gate opener in the apt at checkout (we were locked in the garage!) The building itself is older, but staff are friendly and helpful (we were able to wave down the manager on the garage security camera to rescue us from the parking garage). Gerri was easily reachable and went above and beyond in her willingness to help us. If you're a wine enthusiast, bring your own corkscrew, otherwise, the kitchen was well-stocked, including a most thoughtful (and tasty) container of ground coffee! Laundry room is right outside the door of this unit, (so convenient!), and if you forgot to pick up laundry soap from the store, there’s a laundromat (and 7-Eleven) right downstairs on the corner! My daughter was impressed with the quality of the flat iron in the bathroom, and we all loved the scent of the body/hair products in the shower. Air conditioners worked well, and beds were comfy! The view of the canoe club across the Ala Wai was great as well. The shower took a while to heat up and never really reached a temp past tepid, but this didn’t bother us. I’m certain that if we had mentioned it, Gerri would have addressed it Overall, we had a great stay, and loved the convenience of parking and being able to walk to our event (Made in Hawai’i) at the convention center.

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved our stay! So much more comfortable having a one bedroom stay in Oahu, just on the edge of Waikiki where it was easy to get in and out of town. The place was well equipped to cook and have time in the apartment, even a lot of great amenities to head to the beach and a pack n play which was a huge plus! A couple of things to note- our son just turned one, the bedroom wasn’t very dark nor quiet especially during the day. But vacationing, we had to stay flexible. We adjusted albeit slowly but still a great stay! The actual place is not meant for little ones who are walking/running wanting to explore, our son wanted to grab all the cords and it was stressful at times keeping him away from the outlets but again, something we learned to maybe look yo avoid at our next stay. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, great Wi-Fi, wonderful water pressure, and parking! The host was quick to respond to all of our messages, we were very excited and happy to have stayed here! Maybe just not meant for littles on the move.
