In general good and clean. No private beach area. You should pay for chairs and umbrella and it is costly. $$ parking - 55$ night, no parking around

Property is in excellent location, was very tidy and staff friendly. Room was very noisy due to neighbour (not overly noisy neighbour, just very poor noise insulation between the rooms)

Excellent accommodation. Only negative was we paid $35 US per pax per day for breakfast to be included however we were only offered a limited menu (mostly ham and cheese croissant and coffee each day which if we bought direct from the cafe would have only cost $12 per pax per day)

The hotel is within walking distance to anything you would need. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were always clean.

Reasonable priced yet close to waikiki breach. Tons of dining options around the hotel. The pool is a bit small and crowded though.

We had a great visit. Location is perfect! Staff were very kind. Bed was comfy and not firm like most places these days. The pool is small but we were able to get a lounge chair for a few hours. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
