The staff are so friendly and professional. Great breakfast and the coffee is soo good! I absolutely love the smell of this hotel too. I wish I could box the air and take it home! It smells like sunshine, sand, lemon and fresh baked bread! It was a wonderful experience, highly recommended this hotel.

Rooms were great and fit our 8 people group. I loved the closeness to the airport, but unfortunately our plane came in at 9:40 pm and apparently the shuttle stops running at 9:30 pm. So keep that in mind. Breakfast was fabulous!

Excellent Breakfast room was very nice only issue was shuttle only once per hour and stopped running at 930pm. My united flight was delayed 5 hours so I had to take a cab for 35 dollars

Shabby hotel

When I arrived, they did not have my correct room and had to place me in a lesser room which was poorly cleaned and shabby. The night staff was lazy and not very helpful. The next day they placed me in a far superior room.

The only thing that was a bit out of the norm, was that when we arrived Friday afternoon there was installation of cables all throughout the hallways. Other than that we had a very comfortable stay and I so have to mention that the staff was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was on point!!!!

There are better options

This was Not an easy place to come in at 11 pm. I called for shuttle and was told it closed at 9. We arrived and the doors were locked, the bell didnā€™t work. We knocked. Then the room key we were given was occupied. A helpful woman said it was full but then did find a room. Sheets not comfy, room clean, we slept in. Breakfast closed at 9; kitchen is very helpful/found us bagels and such. Itā€™s a Hilton-apparently not so reliable any more.

The reviews for this property saying it was amazing cannot be legitimate reviews. This hotel was in need of serious maintenance and upkeep. The hot water didnā€™t work in our shower or bathroom, the soaps were empty in the shower, the pool and hot tub were poorly maintained. The hot tub was stagnant, dirty and cold. The front desk ladies were friendly, but werenā€™t able to help with any questions we had. We were missing a remote in our room and when we asked about getting another remote we were told we had to wait until the next day. We needed to do some laundry and they didnā€™t have any quarters to buy and nowhere in a 3 mile radius had any either. We were given a grub hub coupon for $10 off, but we had to become grub hub members in order to use it. The bathroom door in our room wouldnā€™t shut, the furnace was extremely loud (like a lawn mower). The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had in my travels. If I hadnā€™t already been charged for the room, we would have gotten a room elsewhere. This was an extreme disappointment for a Hilton hotel. I had read the reviews prior to booking and felt like it would be ok for a short stay, but the minute we walked past the lobby I had an instant feeling of regret. Do you and your family a favor and stay elsewhere.
