I recently stayed at Le Méridien Houston Downtown for my birthday. While check-in with the gentleman working Wednesday night felt a bit rushed and slightly unsettling, the rest of my stay was excellent. The complimentary room upgrade, birthday recognition, beautiful views, and unbeatable downtown location made the stay perfect overall. I would definitely consider returning.

Great location—only four blocks from the George R. Brown Convention Center. The room was comfortable, quiet, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The only downside was that the shower floor wasn’t as well maintained as expected. We parked at the 803 Fannin Street Garage and had no issues. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

I was walking in my room in socks and stepped into a wet puddle. After walking back turning on the light I noticed it was a vomit. It looked liked they tried to clean it but it was still outlined, wet, and smelled.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. The only weird thing was peppermint shampoo, cilantro conditioner, and sage body wash. Other than that everything was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable.
