My stay was FAR from luxurious.I booked this home for my wedding weekend as a getting ready spot for my bridal party and was disappointed at the lack of communication I received from my host, the cleanliness of the house, as well as the lack of description of the entire property.At first, the host was very communicative when I first booked. I wanted to add an additional person to my reservation but the charge was too much. For months I was asking them to change the reservation back because you can't edit in the app, everything must go through this Vrbo host. I was ghosted for months. Two weeks before my booking they got back to me and said it was okay but never removed the extra person OR charge from my booking (I wasn't charged). They also told me I would receive check-in information at 7am on check-in day but didn't and had to call support instead who ALSO couldn't get in contact with my host. Upon arrival I also had to call to get the wifi which took a while.The house overall was beautiful. Very spacious but dirty. There were holes in the walls and even a used roll of toilet paper roll found in the couch cushions, and also dead bugs all over.Lastly is the house itself. I was told last minute we wouldn't have access to another part of the house which is totally fine and understandable. It wasn't until we arrived back after grocery shopping to find another car parked in the driveway. Turns out they also rent out the garage which I wasn't informed about.
