Place was nice pulling in but once i got the room it was dingy, outdated, and just all around felt like time had passed the property by. As if there was never any capital improvements since its inception. Lights didn’t all work, TV was miserable viewing (Small and old), bedding was worn, chair in room looked like it came out of a dumpster, and overall felt like the ratings were fabricated previously.

It was a very good stay, there was someone on my floor smoking cigarettes even though it’s a NON SMOKING hotel (because people are inconsiderate & just don’t care) so I obviously said something & hotels.com gave me a partial refund. The hotel staff was great & did what they could to accommodate. They can’t blame someone for smoking so they offered to move my room. It worked out ok. I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a good hotel to stay at in the area.

This facality you had to walk 1 long narow flight of stair with your luggage. No one to help you. Dangerious stair most likely built in 1950 ish. Everything was old dank and f elt dirty 0 stars The area is upscale
