It would have been nice to be informed at check in that kids can eat free in the restaurant. We ate there after seeing the menu state that kids eat free (in BOLD on the menu, a couple of stipulations but nothing about a voucher), our server also knew we were staying in the hotel. We were charged and rushed right out of the empty restaurant. Couldn’t bother to just check with us? I’m sure most of your clientele are guests at the hotel. And then coming back up to the room with literally nothing helpfully stocked in the suite kitchen. At bare minimum you would think a couple of plates or utensils? Front desk didn’t care. It didn’t seem like anyone really cared about their job in our experience with the staff. Just a sad experience.

Clean, fresh room. On site restaurant. American fare. New hotel with comfortable design. We drove 9 hours today and were so pleased with this hotel. The town itself has a weird smell, but we are just grateful for this clean relaxing place. Oh and 24 hour pool/hot tub!

This is the second time we have stayed here. There wasn't anyone at the front counter when we arrived and after waiting around for 5 minutes i had to call the phone hotel number to get someone to check me in. The refrigerator in the room spiaticlly makes a loud clunking noise like someone is knocking on the door and the ac fan started making a loud grinding sound at 2am
