Great location clean house
Condo was nice and clean. Great location close to the beach. Parking area is a carport in the complex. It would be a tight squeeze for a large truck or suv. Another thing to consider is imperial beach is having water quality problems and the beach has been under advisory for sometime.

Medical to Tijuana stay / Down time
This property is exactly what we needed for our multiple trips to Tijuana for dental procedures. It's a very short distance to the border and a perfect place to return to for quiet recuperation. We had multiple walks to the beach and pier. It is not the usual touristy area. There is virtually no traffic, auto or people. The surrounding businesses are very friendly and helpful as well.
Elvira, our hostess is just the best!!! She was so accommodating from the very beginning. She answers emails right away.
This is the first place I will consider on our next trip. You should too!!

Best property around! Updated and modern. Beds are comfortable. And the home owner did not miss a thing with providing little extras we forgot at home, like soap and razors. High recommend and will definitely stay here again!!!

Nice place but…
The condo was nice except it’s really not big enough for 6 people. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we ended up buying an air mattress to sleep on. Outlets in both bathrooms were not working and the sink was clogged when we arrived. Owner got a plumber to come in the next day. Overall it was a nice place in a good location.

Clean place close to the beach
An apartment located very close to the beach with nice flooring and granite countertops. Well kept and considerate owner but would not use the term “luxury” in the title but it wasn’t Spartan either. She was kind enough to cut flowers for my arrival which was also considerate, even though not my thing. Issues the owner has no control over but are prevalent in IB are the drunk homeless people that wander the area at all hours. They get in fights and you hear it, along w the neighbors moving furniture but again, not the fault of the owner. No bottom lock so you always need to deadbolt the door. Lots of extra food in the fridge which could be helpful if you were traveling w a family after hours. Parking spot was convenient under the condos with 2 spots in a carport. Great burrito and Thai food places really close! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to someone on business travel.
