Very efficient hotel - nice big rooms and beds plus good breakfast. It was though overheated and it was difficult to get the aircon to work to reduce the temperature to something comfortable for sleeping.

All in all a good stay. Slightly clueless reception staff, but a clean and comfortable room and good, generous breakfast, with a very cheerful restaurant manager who made sure she checked in with guests.

Very nice, small hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was very nice. We were able to check in early. The area the hotel is in is not the best.

Very beautiful hotel, close to the train station and there is a casino just next to the hotel. Good service and clean, there is an option to get breakfast for $5 which includes a coffee, pastry and fruit.

One room had a foul smell coming from the shower drainage; male hotel staff member declined to help us switch rooms due to no room availability; we escalated the issue to a Supervisor, and facilitated the room swap. Bartender provided awesome service. Female staff in the reception was amazing too.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has a good central location in Innsbruck with superb mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the provision of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room is appreciated. Getting to and from Innsbruck airport is very straight forward as the bus stops for the airport bus, Line F, are right outside.
