Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit beim Spa Bereich leider nicht. Die Umgebung hingegen war super alles war zu fuß schnell erreichbar und auch die Metro Station sehr zentral Top! Das Zimmer war viel zu klein da braucht man viel Glück um nicht über sein eigenes Gepäck zu stolpern. Die Kissen und das Bett waren sehr ungemütlich sodass wir Probleme hatten beim einschlafen. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage voreingestellt sodass es nicht möglich war die Temperatur zu regulieren. Die Rezeption war nicht wie angegeben durch die Durchwahl 0 erreichbar da das Telefon nicht funktionierte. WLAN hatte immer mal wieder Schwierigkeiten teilweise garnicht funktioniert und bei den Badarmaturen hing das Plastikteil der Steckdose vom Föhn herunter weshalb wir Angst hatten die Steckdose oder den Föhn überhaupt zu benutzen. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen.

Tout a été très bien du personnel à l’établissement Les chambres sont tout de même petites comparé au photos Manque de prises (une seul prise qui était au dessus d’un Seul lit, on été deux) Petit déjeuner été moyen composé de salé Propreté nickel chrome Personnel discret Hôtel très bien Emplacement ++++ tout était à proximité
