Nessun servizio di pulizia camera è stato effettuato. È stata gestita male la prenotazione e al momento del checkin ci sono state due camere di fortuna, anzichè quella per cui avevamo pagato. Asciugamani non sufficienti, anche se chiesti più volte. Camera troppo calda per via del sistema di riscaldamento acceso al massimo perennemente e il personale non ha provveduto a sistemare la situazione neanche dopo svariate segnalazioni.
