Highly recommend! Accommodation is comfortable and exceptionally clean. Wi-Fi worked exactly as described - stable even with multiple devices in use. Room amenities are well thought out: safe, plenty of power outlets, an iron, and a full-size hair dryer. There’s no wardrobe, but enough space for a short stay of a couple of days. The desk area could be improved; it’s a bit small for working. Staff were very polite. The only downside was the restaurant recommendation I received - there are more authentic places within a short walk.

Sauberkeit, Personal und Frühstück waren Top, negativ zu beurteilen waren die defekte Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer und undichte Balkontüren, das war sehr nervig da bei unserem Balkon direkt laute Lüftungsschlitze waren. Die hörten wir die ganze Nacht. Lage grundsätzlich angenehm ruhig aber nicht im Zentrum.

Konum oldukça kötü (oto tamircilerinin içinde). Sıcak su problemli 2 kere oda demiştik ilk gün çözüm bulunamadı. Otel müdürüne telefonla ulaşılacağı belirtilerine karşın hiçbir bilgi verilmedi ilk gün ücret iadesi olabileceği belirtilmesine karşın hiçbir bilgi verilmedi. Odada pamuk, kulak çöpü vb mevcut değildir. Odalarda dolap yok, sadece askılık olup yeri banyoya girmeden kapı arkasında. Resepsiyondaki personelin bir kısmı yardımcı olmaya çalışırken bir kısmı hayatından bezmiş gibi bakıyor ya da muhattap olmasa kimse soru sormada yüz ifadesine sahip. Bir sonraki konaklamalarımızda kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğimi bir otel ve konum.

Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaşlarımız harika bir iş çıkarıyor. Bu oteldeki ikinci konaklamamızdı ve her şeyden son derece memnun kaldık. Bu otelin en çok engellilere yönelik erişilebilirlik hizmetlerinden memnunum ancak önündeki kaldırıma çıkmak için destek gerekiyor, ne yazık ki kaldırım için rampa düşünülmemiş. Bu iyileştirme de yapılırsa erişilebilirlik adına dört dörtlük bir konaklama noktası olacaktır.
